Commercial disclosure

Everything about how this site makes money, in one place, without hedging.

The short version

Warylens carries one referral link. It is on the signup walkthrough, in the body of the page, and it carries our Binance referral code BN0112.

If you register through it, Binance pays us a promotion service fee calculated from trading fees you would have paid in any case. Under the terms in force you are not charged more than you would be without the code. In fact the referral programme is designed to give the person registering a discount — up to 20% off trading fees, with the exact figure being whatever Binance's own referral page shows on the day you sign up, since they set it and change it.

To be unambiguous about a claim that gets muddled on affiliate sites: using our code does not make anything cost you more, and it is not "the same as registering directly" either — it can leave you paying less. Both halves of that sentence matter.

Deliberately, and this is checkable:

  • Not on the home page.
  • Not in the navigation or the footer.
  • Not in any of the eighteen question pages except the registration walkthrough.
  • Not on any of the five tools.
  • Not on any of these standing pages.

The invite code appears as plain text on the home page with a copy button, and you are welcome to use it by typing it in yourself at registration rather than following any link from us. That works identically.

Links to exchange help pages, fee schedules and terms appear occasionally where an article needs to cite them. Those carry no referral code and earn us nothing — they are citations, and we keep them that way on purpose.

What we will not accept

  • Paid placement or sponsored articles. Nobody has bought a mention here and nobody can.
  • Payment to remove or soften criticism. Including from the exchange whose referral code we carry.
  • Token allocations or promotional payments from any project.
  • Advertising. There is none on this site and no tracking that would support it.
  • Referral arrangements with platforms promising fixed returns. The reason is on its own page.

The conflict, stated plainly

We are paid when someone opens an account. That is a real incentive to write things that lead to opening accounts, and you should read this site knowing it.

What we do about it is not a promise of neutrality, which would be worth nothing. It is structural: the material that argues against opening an account is at least as prominent as the material that helps you do it. Who should not do this is linked from the home page ledger. The risk self-check can return "not right now" and does so on the basis of your answers rather than as a token gesture. The page on why people call the industry a scam concludes that several of the criticisms are correct, including the one about promoters being conflicted, which is about us.

If you would rather not use a referral link at all, register directly. We would rather that than have you click something you feel uneasy about.

Regulatory position

This disclosure exists to comply with consumer-protection expectations around affiliate marketing, including the US Federal Trade Commission's endorsement guidance, and with financial-promotion rules in jurisdictions that have them. Warylens is not authorised or regulated by any financial authority, does not provide financial advice, and is not affiliated with Binance or any other exchange.

Note also that referral programmes have eligibility rules that vary by country, and people in some regions cannot participate at all. Those rules are Binance's and they change; the current version is on their referral terms page, which we link and date on the signup walkthrough linked above.
